1 Acceptance and Agreement

By using the Jeetway App website or mobile application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jeetway App.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jeetway App and the user. Jeetway App reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Register

To use Jeetway App's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at registration. If an account is opened with false or incorrect details, Jeetway App reserves the right to terminate that account at any time.

Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of jeetway app's rules and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• A valid mobile number and active email address are required for registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Jeetway app may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Age Verification

Jeetway App strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. Jeetway App reserves the right to verify a user's age at registration or at any point thereafter, using a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document.

If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, all funds in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Providing false information about your age is a serious offence.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jeetway App. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please verify all details carefully before submitting.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every wager.
• Odds in Live Betting may change at any time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, Jeetway App will refund the stake for the relevant bet.
• Jeetway app reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or syndicate activity in betting is strictly prohibited.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is grounds for account forfeiture.

5 Payments & Transactions

Jeetway App accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services – bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Accepting or making payments through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Jeetway App reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jeetway App regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only; available once per user.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Operating multiple bonus accounts from the same person or device is strictly prohibited.

7 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests on Jeetway App are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, processing may take a little longer during verification or periods of high traffic.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Jeetway app reserves the right to hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is identified.

8 Responsible Gaming
